Each Affiliate Operator is required to possess and maintain all necessary licenses, permits, registrations, and appropriate operating authority to provide passenger transportation services within the applicable jurisdiction.

   All Affiliate Operators must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and safety requirements, including, but not limited to, vehicle use, driver qualifications, insurance coverage, and safety standards.

   Our company conducts reasonable due diligence to verify the legitimacy and compliance of Affiliate Operators; however, we do not guarantee or warrant the specific compliance status of every Affiliate Operator at all times.

The Affiliate Network operates within the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut) and surrounding regions as necessary to fulfill large-vehicle requests.

   Availability of a specific vehicle type (8+ passengers) may vary by location, time, and demand, and is subject to the Affiliate Operator’s capacity.

When you book a large-vehicle service (8+ passengers), a suitable Affiliate Operator from our network will be assigned to fulfill the reservation.

   The vehicle, driver, and insurance for the trip are provided by the Affiliate Operator, not by our company directly. You may be provided with the Affiliate Operator’s name, contact information, and proof of insurance prior to service, as applicable.

   Our company remains the point of contact for customer support, billing, and coordination, and will monitor service quality and compliance to the extent reasonably practicable.

The Affiliate Operator maintains primary liability insurance coverage for the vehicle and passengers as required by law.

   Any claims, damages, or losses arising from the transportation service will primarily be handled in accordance with the Affiliate Operator’s policies and applicable law.

Information related to your reservation may be shared with the Affiliate Operator necessary to execute the service (e.g., pickup/drop-off locations, passenger count, special requests).

   We will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Cancellations, changes, or disputes related to a booking involving an Affiliate Operator will be governed by the Affiliate Operator’s terms and conditions, where applicable, in addition to our own policies.

   We will endeavor to inform you of the Affiliate Operator involved in your service at the time of booking or prior to service, when reasonably possible.

This disclosure covers large-vehicle requests (8-13 passengers) within the scope of our affiliate network. It does not apply to standard car services or smaller vehicles that may be operated directly by our company.

By making a booking that involves a large-vehicle request (8+ passengers), you acknowledge and consent to the use of an Affiliate Operator within our Affiliate Network to fulfill your reservation, and you accept the terms outlined herein.
